How to update your Member profile

Steps to follow to access your member profile and become eligible to vote in the coming poll.

Dear valued member,

Please follow the steps below to access your member profile on the Coop Web Application.

1. Proceed to Coop Office / representative to get your username and default password.
2. Navigate to the Login Page then input your default credentials.
3. Update your profile (1st Tab - Personal Information, 2nd Tab - Bank information) then submit.
   • Passwords should be a minimun of 8 characters and email accounts whould be personal and accessible.
   • use of group email accounts is not allowed because of confidentiality purposes.
   • Ensure bank accounts are correct.
4. After profile update, re-login with your new credentials to the Coop Web Application.

You can now check your Member details and participate on the poll.
