Articles of Cooperation and Bylaw documents Ratification
To All Coop Members,
In line to the long-term business plan of our cooperative to generate additional revenue and to provide potential jobs to fellow countrymen, we will be venturing to external business opportunities.
There is a need to revised our Articles of Cooperation and Bylaw documents before transacting external businesses. This is to adhere to the prevailing act of RA9520 Philippine Cooperative Law of 2008.
Please check and verify your membership status. Posted here are the names of members who are entitled to vote. We strongly encourage each members to check and verify their status up until September 15, 2023
We will ratify the revisions of the abovementioned documents through General Assembly via Online Voting to our Website. Poll Portal will be open this coming September 18 to September 22, 2023.
